Pre Arrival Procedures

Instructions for Occupied Apartment Units and Residential Homes

Prior to our arrival, please have the following instructions complete. Failure to do so may result in a delay on work being completed or the need to reschedule. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us in advance of arrival.

1. Make sure all pets are safely secured either in a separate room or a crate/kennel away from the area where the work is being done. We want to ensure the safety of all pets as well as that of our employees.
2. Make sure to prepare your residence as follows:
   1. Kitchen Countertops
      Remove all items from the countertops and place away from the kitchen area including, but not limited to:
      1. Food
      2. Countertop appliances, cookware, and kitchen utensils
      3. Items that may be stacked inside the sink
      4. Any personal items
   2. Bathroom Vanities
      Remove all items and place outside of the bathroom including, but not limited to:
      1. Toothbrushes and make-up products
      2. Hairbrushes, combs, hairstyling accessories and products
      3. Razors and shaving accessories
      4. Any personal items
   3. Showers and tubs
      Remove all items and place outside of the bathroom including, but not limited to:
      1. Shower curtains, shower caddies, or organizers
      2. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash bottles, soap, etc.
      3. Towels, wash clothes, bath loofahs, razors and shaving accessories
      4. Any personal items
